Facts about The Rockwood Conservation Area:

Rockwood Reservoir is located in The Rockwood Conservation Area.
This reservoir has carp, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass and stocked rainbow trout available for anglers.
The Conservation area is located on the Eramosa River on the outskirts of the village of Rockwood east of Guelph.
Rockwood is a very scenic area to fish and there are activities for the whole family available at Rockwood.
Only non-motorized boats (canoe rentals available) are permitted in Rockwood Reservoir.

The GRCA owns The Rockwood Conservation Area (access fees apply). Access to the fishing can be good from shore or by canoe.

Boat Access on The Rockwood Conservation Area:

The reservoir is suitable for canoes which can be launched at the old mill area or by the beach. Canoe rentals are available.

Carp, bullhead, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, rainbow trout & brown trout.
